How I help:

  • Anxiety and stress — using coping strategies, grounding skills, and cognitive-behavioural approaches to reduce overwhelm

  • Depression and low mood — building emotional awareness, routine, and behavioural activation to improve wellbeing

  • Self-esteem and confidence — supporting identity development, self-compassion, and strengths-based growth

  • Emotion regulation and anger — teaching skills to understand, manage, and express emotions effectively

  • Family and relationship challenges — improving communication, boundaries, and relational patterns

  • Life transitions — providing support and structure through school, work, or personal changes

  • Trauma and difficult experiences — offering a safe, paced, and supportive space for processing and healing

  • Neurodiversity-related concerns (ADHD, autism traits) — developing practical strategies for regulation, focus, and daily functioning

  • School and performance stress — building coping tools for academic pressure and burnout
