At this time, direct billing is only available for clients who are approved through the SAJE program with MCFD. If you are accessing services through SAJE, billing will be arranged directly.

For all other clients, direct billing is not offered. You will be provided with a receipt after each session, which you can submit to your extended health provider for reimbursement through your insurance app or portal.

If you plan to use extended health benefits, it’s recommended that you check with your provider in advance to confirm coverage for Registered Social Workers (RSW).

If you have questions about fees or funding options, feel free to reach out.

Is This the Right Fit?

I aim to provide thoughtful, meaningful support—not just quick fixes. If you’re considering counselling, it can help to reflect on what you’re hoping for.

You might benefit from a brief consultation if:

  • You’re looking for just one or two sessions

  • You’re navigating an immediate or urgent situation and aren’t sure what kind of support you need

  • You’re feeling unsure about committing and would prefer to “see how it goes”
